Main Street Martial Arts delivers serious traditional martial arts with a solid warm-up and an inviting and inspiring, yet challenging approach to the teaching methodology.
We cover best practices fundamental martial arts principles, physical fitness and sports-based conditioning, and the real-world philosophical connections of the martial arts to everyday life. Definitely try some free classes so that you can see what we're about and how our programs will work for you and your family. We absolutely encourage students who have never tried martial arts to give us a try. You will be well-supported to learn the basic strategic techniques in a cooperative environment, and have an equal opportunity to advance in level as you eventually set a goal of becoming a Black Belt.
